TL;DR

Location: Hybrid (Must be located within commutable distance of a UK office)

What you will do

  • Coordinate Incident Management for Gold and Silver Teams.
  • Monitor adherence to the Incident Management and Escalation Framework, and drive continuous improvements.
  • Review incident impacts, root causes, and lessons learned.
  • Conduct assurance activities on incidents and incident management, driving consistency.
  • Provide training to stakeholders on incidents and incident response activities.
  • Develop and maintain specialist procedures and reporting for Incident Management.

Requirements

  • Understanding of risk management frameworks.
  • Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Inquisitive and analytical mind to understand risks, controls, and processes.
  • Proactive approach to managing workloads and ability to use initiative.
  • Ability to challenge the status quo to shape financial crime operations.
  • English: B2 required

Hiring process

  • Stage 1: 45-minute interview with someone from the Client team.
  • Stage 2: 60-minute interview with two team members from either Client or Tech.
  • Stage 3: Final interview with CTO/Deputy CTO or VP Client Services.
