Salary: €5,872 gross per month (minimum)

What you will do

• Develop and implement a clear strategic vision for your teams in Process Modelling, Mining, and Automation.
• Lead and coach high-performing teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative culture.
• Manage program-level dependencies and project escalations, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Oversee the setup and development of frameworks for documenting and standardizing business processes.
• Drive prioritization and adoption of process mining solutions to identify optimization opportunities and risks.
• Lead the identification, design, and global scalability of process automation solutions.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in departments such as Data, IT, Operations, Supply Chain, or Finance.
• 5+ years of experience in managing teams.
• Master’s degree in Process Management, Business Administration, Information System, Engineering, or similar field.
• Proven hands-on experience in business process management, process analysis, improvement, digital transformation, or process management consulting.
• Familiarity with process tools (e.g., Celonis, UiPath, ARIS) and project management tools (e.g., Confluence, JIRA).
• Advanced Level of Knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite and Business Applications (e.g., SAP S4HANA, SAP MDG, SAP BW).
