What you will do
- Orchestrate the end-to-end delivery of the hirify.global Cloud program by maintaining a rigorous operating rhythm, including planning and integrated roadmaps.
- Drive cross-functional alignment across Engineering, Finance, Legal, Security, and Data teams to identify risks and accelerate execution.
- Partner with engineering leadership to translate complex distributed systems, APIs, and data flows into actionable execution plans.
- Define and track outcome-based OKRs and program health dashboards, providing executive-level visibility into delivery predictability.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives by facilitating postmortems and refining the operating model to increase decision velocity.
Requirements
- Proven expertise in technical program management within Cloud, SaaS, or platform environments, delivering complex, multi-team programs from conception to launch.
- Strong domain knowledge in subscription, commerce, or cloud service delivery (e.g., identity/SSO, provisioning, billing, or lifecycle management).
- Mastery of core program management practices, including risk/RAID management, change management, and release governance.
- Data-driven leadership to define meaningful KPIs/OKRs and guide trade-offs using metrics.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities to influence across global time zones and leadership levels.
