Account Manager, Client Leadership

TL;DR

Location: Based in or able to commute to Manchester or Leeds, United Kingdom. This is a hybrid role, requiring teams to be in the office around four days a week. Must have the right to work in the UK.

What you will do

• Accountable for day-to-day client business operations, executing strategies, and ensuring billing accuracy.
• Take and distil client briefs, developing effective strategies and applying media channel knowledge aligned with client KPIs.
• Oversee and contribute to the development of the junior team.
• Drive client performance, becoming a true extension of the client's team.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years experience in a client services, media planning, or investment role.
• Ability to analyze client sales and consumer data imaginatively.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organization skills.
• Thorough media knowledge across both on and offline channels.
• Working knowledge of core industry tools/platforms such as Nielsen, TGI, and Google Analytics.
• Must be based in the UK and have the right to work in this location.
