What you will do
- Engage with new strategic accounts and develop customized solutions for Enterprise prospects in the UK.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with senior stakeholders, including C-suite executives and Wellbeing leaders.
- Strategize on opening new opportunities and generate personal sales pipeline.
- Lead the end-to-end sales process from prospecting through closing.
- Develop and implement strategic account plans focused on impactful business outcomes.
- Represent hirify.global at key industry events, showcasing capabilities in Employee Wellbeing.
Requirements
- Hybrid role based in London, UK, requiring 2 days per week in the office.
- Proven success in SaaS sales, specifically enterprise sales new logo acquisition (501+ FTEs in UK).
- Strong track record of driving revenue growth and securing significant contracts with ticket sizes of £100K - £500K+.
- Expertise in managing complex sales cycles (9 months+) and fostering long-term relationships within a target-driven environment.
- Ability to comfortably engage with C-suite executives, key decision-makers, and senior stakeholders.
- Skilled at navigating intricate procurement and compliance processes and presenting compelling value propositions.
