What you will do
- Manage the 360-sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
- Qualify potential sales leads via outbound cold calling.
- Schedule and conduct demonstrations with potential clients.
- Build and maintain a sales pipeline targeting directors and CEOs globally.
- Follow the established hirify.global Sales Process.
- Participate in regular training to improve sales skills and performance.
Requirements
- At least 1-2 years of experience in B2B end-to-end sales or 1 year in outbound cold calling
- Track record of achieving sales quotas
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated history of achievement and strong work ethic
- Strong desire and ability to progress in sales career
