What you will do

• Own the senior-level relationship with Omnicom in the UK as the primary commercial and strategic point of contact.
• Drive revenue growth, product adoption, and partnership expansion across Omnicom agencies.
• Serve as a trusted advisor through thought leadership on SPO, marketplace quality, curation, and data activation.
• Oversee forecasting, financial reporting, and quarterly business reviews with internal and external stakeholders.
• Partner with Index Product teams to share market feedback and influence future product development.
• Represent Index at relevant industry events and Omnicom partner forums.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience in digital media with strong knowledge of the programmatic ecosystem (SSP, DSP, ATD, exchange, PMP, ad server).
• Solid understanding of the independent agency landscape, including operating models and buying structures.
• Proven success in buyer-facing commercial or account management roles within ad tech or programmatic environments.
• Confidence delivering technical explanations, education, and strategic recommendations to partners.
• Must be open to working in the office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays in London.
