What you will do
- Identify and convert new business, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities in the DACH region.
- Present hirify.global’s solutions effectively in German and English.
- Manage pipeline, forecast accurately, and maintain CRM hygiene using Hubspot.
- Anticipate churn risks and implement retention strategies.
- Collaborate with Account Management, Marketing, and Product teams.
- Design and test outbound sales strategies and lead cold-calling campaigns.
Requirements
- Location: Based in Berlin or hybrid in Germany
- Fluency in German and strong English communication skills
- 2–3 years experience as Account Executive or SDR/BDR, preferably in SaaS or Tech.
- Strong pipeline management, forecasting, and target ownership skills.
- Confident presenting and consulting via phone, video, and in-person.
- Reliable, proactive, and growth mindset.

- Experience in HR tech or recruitment industry.
- Additional language skills.
