TL;DR

Senior Account Executive (SaaS): Drive growth and customer success across the DACH region by managing sales pipelines, presenting solutions, and collaborating cross-functionally with a focus on strategic client development and retention. Location: Berlin, Germany (hybrid)

Salary: 60,000–90,000 EUR per year

What you will do

  • Identify and convert new business, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities in the DACH region.
  • Present hirify.global’s solutions effectively in German and English.
  • Manage pipeline, forecast accurately, and maintain CRM hygiene using Hubspot.
  • Anticipate churn risks and implement retention strategies.
  • Collaborate with Account Management, Marketing, and Product teams.
  • Design and test outbound sales strategies and lead cold-calling campaigns.

Requirements

  • Location: Based in Berlin or hybrid in Germany
  • Fluency in German and strong English communication skills
  • 2–3 years experience as Account Executive or SDR/BDR, preferably in SaaS or Tech.
  • Strong pipeline management, forecasting, and target ownership skills.
  • Confident presenting and consulting via phone, video, and in-person.
  • Reliable, proactive, and growth mindset.

Nice to have

  • Experience in HR tech or recruitment industry.
  • Additional language skills.
