TL;DR

Account Manager (DACH): Driving hirify.global’s growth by delivering value to clients and achieving revenue goals, with an accent on upselling, cross-selling, and negotiating renewals. Focus on maximizing customer value, identifying commercial opportunities, and strengthening client relationships within the DACH market.

Location: Remote or hybrid, with offices in Amsterdam, Vienna, and Berlin. This role sits within the DACH sales team, covering the whole German-speaking territory. Flexibility is offered, with the ability to work from anywhere for 4 weeks/year. Valid EU visa or nationality is required.

Salary: €60,000 – €70,000 per year (consisting of fixed and variable components).

What you will do

  • Manage a client portfolio and parts of tech-touch customers, driving upselling, cross-selling, pricing migrations, and renewals.
  • Identify and act on commercial opportunities from leads and proactive outreach, directly contributing to Net Revenue Retention (NRR) objectives.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships to ensure client success and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate closely with Customer Success Management (CSM) teams to unlock commercial opportunities and provide insights.
  • Guide customers through transitions to updated pricing models, ensuring transparency.

Requirements

  • +4 years of experience in Account Management in SaaS.
  • Proven track record of consistent quota attainment and achieving revenue goals.
  • Ability to run an organized and effective sales process, prioritizing tasks and managing the sales funnel.
  • Native-level in German with strong English communication skills (company language is English).
  • Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • A proactive, collaborative attitude suited for fast-paced environments.
