Focus on coaching, sales cycle management, and cross-functional collaboration to drive predictable pipeline growth and expand hirify.global's presence in the legal AI market across DACH.

Location: Onsite in Berlin with focus on Germany, Austria, and Switzerland (DACH region)

What you will do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Mid-Market & SMB Account Executives.
  • Support full sales cycles from prospecting to onboarding.
  • Collaborate with leadership to forecast and improve sales processes.
  • Engage personally with key customers and prospects.
  • Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Legal Engineering.
  • Design and improve the SMB sales playbook and contribute to hiring and onboarding.

Requirements

  • Native-level German and professional English fluency.
  • 7–10 years experience in B2B SaaS, legal tech, or professional services.
  • Experience managing or mentoring sales professionals or readiness for leadership.
  • Proven success in full-cycle consultative sales.
  • Passion for AI and technology in professional services.
  • Legal background is a strong plus.
