What you will do

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring for multiple business roles
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand talent needs and provide strategic recruitment solutions
• Utilize diverse sourcing channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and LinkedIn
• Maintain strong candidate relationships ensuring positive experience and brand representation
• Conduct market research to identify talent pools and adapt recruitment strategies
• Promote diversity and inclusive hiring practices aligned with company values

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years recruitment experience in corporate or agency environment
• Experience hiring for Sales & Marketing departments highly desirable
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools like LinkedIn Recruiter
• Passionate about promoting diversity and inclusion in the workplace
