What you will do

• Oversee full-cycle recruitment for tech teams (sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, hires).
• Collaborate with hiring managers and leadership to identify hiring needs and develop job profiles.
• Build and nurture a strong talent pipeline through leveraging your network and proactive outreach.
• Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to engage passive candidates and attract top talent.
• Enhance employer brand by integrating branding initiatives and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
• Manage and optimize Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to enhance efficiency and transparency.

Requirements

• 4+ years of proven experience in Tech recruiting, either in an agency or a fast-paced in-house recruiting team.
• Deep understanding of engineering roles and programming languages, with a passion for technology.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to manage multiple hiring processes in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, enabling effective collaboration.
• Highly organized, results-driven, and autonomous.
• Fluency in English required.

• German skills are beneficial.
