What you will do

• Manage and support a team of talent acquisition specialists
• Implement recruiting strategies to attract diverse and top talent
• Lead full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to offer negotiation
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
• Ensure compliance with hiring laws and optimize ATS usage
• Improve recruiting dashboards and be operationally involved in key hires

Requirements

• Must have 5+ years recruiting experience with 2+ years in leadership
• Excellent communication skills in German and English
• Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment and strategic hiring
• Strong project management and recruitment software proficiency
• Ideally located in Berlin/Brandenburg for hybrid work
