What you will do

• Communicate with candidates throughout all interview stages, managing calls, travel, and scheduling for global teams
• Run fast and innovative recruiting processes to ensure a great candidate experience and efficient hiring
• Collaborate with hiring managers across various departments to define and optimize interview processes
• Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion values daily
• Manage workflows in ATS (Greenhouse) and share feedback promptly with hiring teams

Requirements

• English proficiency at C2 level (verbal and written)
• Highly organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks independently
• Curious and solution-oriented with good judgment in complex situations
• Location: Hybrid work in Berlin, Germany
