What you will do

• Collaborate with hiring managers to define recruiting campaigns and finalize candidate selection materials
• Manage job postings and candidate sourcing strategies including active sourcing
• Conduct candidate screening and organize interviews ensuring compliance with security and export control requirements
• Prepare qualified candidate shortlists and coordinate interview scheduling
• Provide feedback and communicate with candidates throughout the process
• Build and maintain talent pools and represent the company at recruiting events to strengthen employer branding

Requirements

• Location: Based in or able to work in Germany
• Completed university degree in social sciences or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in recruiting and active sourcing, in-house or agency
• Strong knowledge of recruiting methods and tools
• Excellent communication skills in German and English
• Service-oriented and result-driven mindset
