What you will do

• Drive end-to-end talent acquisition processes for Tech and Marketing teams.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract diverse talent.
• Collaborate with hiring managers, providing guidance and support.
• Manage the recruitment lifecycle, from job ads to offers.
• Ensure compliance with hiring laws and regulations.
• Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and sources.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top talent.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment practices and tools.
• C1-level English and C1-level German required.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment and with recruitment software.

Nice to have

• French language proficiency is a plus.
