What you will do
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for commercial roles (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Operations)
- Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and hiring priorities
- Build and nurture diverse talent pipelines through sourcing and networking
- Conduct structured interviews evaluating skills and culture fit
- Ensure outstanding candidate experience from first contact to contract signature
- Support onboarding, development, and retention ensuring a positive employee journey
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in or near Berlin, Germany
- 3–4 years full-cycle recruiting experience in-house or agency
- Experience hiring commercial roles in B2B or SaaS environments
- Strong German and English communication skills (spoken & written)
- Skilled in sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and creative outreach
- Data-driven mindset with ability to report and optimize recruitment processes
Nice to have
- Experience hiring across multiple EU markets
- Background in SaaS, HR Tech, or fast-scaling startups
