What you will do
- Build, manage, and scale the Ad Accounts sales team
- Build, manage, and scale the Lead Generation business development team
- Design and optimize client acquisition and sales processes
- Own financial reporting, sales analytics, and forecasting
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Operations, and Delivery teams
- Represent the company at industry conferences and networking events
Requirements
- Proven experience selling advertising accounts (Meta, TikTok, Native)
- Strong background in lead generation (offers, funnels, traffic, margins)
- Experience building and managing sales teams
- Solid understanding of performance marketing economics (spend, ROI, margins)
- Strong analytical skills and experience with sales metrics and reporting
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
