Location: Hybrid way of working supporting a balance of working from home and in the office in London.

What you will do

  • Assist account managers and the wider sales team to drive the revenue performance of audioXi.
  • Create and deliver commercial output that drives take-up from advertisers, managing the end-to-end audioXi process from briefing to post-campaign analysis.
  • Identify customers via data segments, proposition matching, and confidently pitch audioXi’s full suite of product capabilities.
  • Act as the first point of contact for customers and national network advertising agencies as the "face" of audioXi.
  • Ensure alignment with the wider Bauer commercial strategy while monitoring revenue performance against team targets.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a sales role or similar.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to match the benefits of the product offering to customer objectives.
  • A desire to embark on a career in media and a passion for audio.
  • Proactive commercial approach, understanding that IP audio is a growing medium that will need to be proactively sold.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Experience thinking on your feet and developing creative customer solutions.
