What you will do

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a remote team of Inside Sales and Sales Development Representatives.
  • Define and implement acquisition strategies in collaboration with senior management.
  • Monitor team performance using data, provide actionable feedback, and support contract negotiation.
  • Foster strong relationships with key enterprise stakeholders to expand partnerships.
  • Utilise data analysis to make informed decisions and stay abreast of industry trends.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of proven leadership experience in a high-performing sales environment.
  • Fluent English is a must, with at least one other language (French, Spanish, or Dutch).
  • Proficiency in CRM software and data analysis tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and develop high-performing remote teams.

  • Experience in a fast-paced start-up environment.
