Inside Sales Team Manager (Sales): Leading and developing a remote team of Inside Sales and Sales Development Representatives, focusing on achieving high performance and driving acquisition practices. Focus on implementing acquisition strategies, monitoring team performance with data, and fostering strong stakeholder relationships for business growth.

Location: Hybrid role with recommended 2 days in the office (flexible team decision). Work from Vilnius, Lithuania or other hirify.global offices across Europe. Opportunity for workation up to 90 days per year, with 21 days allowed outside the EU.

What you will do

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a remote team of Inside Sales Representatives and Sales Development Representatives.
  • Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and performance reviews to support professional growth.
  • Collaborate with senior management to define and implement acquisition strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Monitor team performance, utilizing data and insights to provide actionable feedback and recommendations.
  • Support team members in negotiating and closing contracts to maximize output and scalability.
  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders and stay informed about industry trends.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in a leadership role within a high-performing sales environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and develop high-performing remote teams.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and data analysis tools.
  • A proactive leader with a commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive team culture.
  • Fluent English is a must, with at least one other language (French, Spanish, or Dutch).
