Agentic Product Analyst (AI): Design, architect, and deploy large-scale agentic AI solutions for enterprise customers with an accent on complex workflow orchestration and integration across enterprise systems. Focus on translating business processes into AI-driven workflows, ensuring end-to-end deployment success, and driving continuous improvement of autonomous AI agents.

What you will do

  • Lead discovery sessions to understand enterprise business processes and identify automation opportunities.
  • Design agentic orchestration strategies and build detailed solution blueprints including workflows, data exchanges, and escalation logic.
  • Define end-to-end AI architectures covering intents, actions, tools, and integration points.
  • Collaborate with customer technical teams and internal stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and deployment.
  • Validate solution behavior with QA and guide user-experience reviews and tuning.
  • Train customer teams and drive continuous improvement through reusable playbooks and integration patterns.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years experience in solutions architecture, product consulting, or workflow design for enterprise SaaS or AI platforms
  • Strong skills in designing complex workflows and enterprise integrations
  • Customer-facing consulting experience with excellent communication and facilitation skills
  • Understanding of REST APIs, event-driven systems, and data flows
  • Experience working cross-functionally with CSM, engineering, product, and QA teams

Nice to have

  • Background in Conversational AI, Agentic AI, RPA, Automation, CRM/Ticketing, or LLM-based products
  • Hands-on experience defining business logic, decision trees, or automated workflows
  • Experience with enterprises in airlines, BFSI, telecom, retail, or large-scale customer support
