What you will do
- Act as the primary contact for large central government clients ensuring high customer satisfaction and service quality
- Support External Account Managers in managing client relationships and commercial opportunities
- Coordinate IT solutions and guide sales processes for public sector clients
- Collaborate closely with Product Specialists, Business Consultants, Service Managers, Finance, and Order Management
- Work as part of a team to achieve shared targets and support colleagues
Requirements
- Location: Hybrid work with presence in Nijmegen, Netherlands
- Minimum MBO diploma or relevant work experience
- Clear and professional communication skills with clients and internal stakeholders
- Service-oriented, proactive, eager to learn, and team player
- Languages: Dutch and English required
