What you will do
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of up to 10 Major & Strategic Account Executives in the Benelux and Italian markets.
- Own both individual and team quotas, driving strategic deals and supporting team success.
- Define and execute regional sales strategies, including account planning and pipeline management.
- Ensure sales alignment and cooperation with local business units, Sales Operations, and Marketing.
- Recruit top talent and build a high-performing enterprise sales team.
- Monitor KPIs, forecast accurately, and provide market insights to influence product roadmap.
Requirements
- 6+ years in B2B SaaS sales, including 3+ years in a leadership role managing enterprise sales teams.
- Proven track record of exceeding quotas and leading teams to achieve ambitious targets.
- Strong experience with complex, multi-stakeholder deals and strategic account planning.
- Commercial acumen and confidence engaging C-level decision-makers in legal, compliance, or professional services.
- Native-level Dutch or French, and fluent English required; Italian is a bonus.
- Ability to work in a hybrid model, spending at least eight days a month in the office in Belgium, Netherlands, Luxemburg, or Italy.
