What you will do

• Coordinate daily activities for the Sales & Partnerships team including scheduling and document management.
• Prepare and format sales presentations using Google Slides, PowerPoint, and Photoshop.
• Organize client visits, office tours, and small events at the AWTF EU facility.
• Build and maintain relationships with universities, agencies, and community groups in the Netherlands.
• Coordinate cross-team updates and assist with process improvements.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or near Utrecht, Netherlands with hybrid work.
• 1–3+ years experience in coordination, project roles, or account-focused positions.
• Proficiency in Google Slides, PowerPoint, and graphic design tools like Photoshop.
• Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
