What you will do

• Manage and grow relationships with assigned partner companies and oversee daily coordination of partner projects.
• Develop new business opportunities from lead identification through contract closure.
• Work cross-functionally with marketing, content, operations, and talent teams to ensure timely execution.
• Identify upsell and renewal opportunities and assist with partner reporting and event representation.
• Track Costs of Goods Sold (COGS) and contribute to process improvements and internal initiatives.
• Support team members and assist with ad hoc projects and administrative needs.

Requirements

• Must have 2+ years of B2B sales, partnerships, or account management experience.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
• Proficiency with Google Suite and presentation software.
• Genuine interest in gaming, esports, or online entertainment communities.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% for partner and event needs.
• Fluency in English required.

Nice to have

• Experience managing partnerships in regulated industries such as betting, gaming, or fintech.
• Fluency in Dutch or another additional language.
