What you will do

• Build the future of sports entertainment by shaping a crypto roadmap for scalable, engaging experiences.
• Cultivate a winning engineering culture focused on technical excellence and innovation.
• Operate in zero-to-one mode: exploration, prototyping, and defining architecture and team composition.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to define features and drive development.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States or able to work remotely within US regulations.
• At least 2 years managing high-performing cross-functional teams.
• 7+ years building heavy-traffic consumer mobile apps or systems.
• Experience with crypto or blockchain product development or integration.
• Strong product intuition and technical leadership skills.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and ownership mindset.

Nice to have

• Founder or CTO experience at a crypto-related company.
• Experience in both native mobile and backend development.
• Experience owning product verticals or acting as head of engineering in startups.
