What you will do

• Lead and mentor a diverse team of iOS engineers, providing guidance and constructive feedback.
• Define goals, track team progress, and advocate for team support and resources.
• Own and shape the team’s technical roadmap together with product partners.
• Encourage use of tools and processes that improve code quality and scalability.
• Work closely with product managers and designers to turn user needs into technical solutions.
• Bridge communication between technical and non-technical teams to keep everyone aligned.

Requirements

• Experience leading or managing a team of engineers, including task delegation, performance management, and mentoring.
• Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills working across teams and perspectives.
• Good understanding of software development principles and UI design patterns.
• Fluent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Required to work from the Berlin office at least 3 days per week.
