Salary: $96,000–$131,000 USD base.

What you will do

• Design and implement state-of-the-art Large Language Model (LLM) based agents to synthesize information and initiate actions in business workflows.
• Utilize advanced Generative AI techniques to derive actionable insights from unstructured text data like call transcripts and emails.
• Predict client interest based on their digital footprint and make relevant recommendations.
• Leverage statistical and machine learning techniques to extract insights from client retention data.
• Develop customer churn prediction models that proactively identify at-risk clients.
• Build tools to process structured and unstructured data and engineer features for ML models.

Requirements

• BS degree (MS preferred) in Computer Science, Math, Physics, Statistics, or Economics (Natural Language Processing or Information Retrieval a plus).
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in data science methodologies as applied to live initiatives or software development, including experience with Gen AI projects.
• Minimum 4+ years of experience in Python coding and statistical analysis.
• Minimum 2 years working experience in areas such as Prompt Engineering, LLMs, Machine Learning, statistical techniques, data mining, recommendation systems, Natural Language Processing, Information Retrieval, large volumes of data, or user behavior modeling.
