What you will do

• Lead technical consultation sessions to gather BMC platform deployment and integration requirements.
• Develop and maintain project-specific Customer Site and Network Integration Survey (CSNIS) documentation using Nokia standards.
• Create and validate Method of Procedure (MoP) and Acceptance Test Plan (ATP) tailored for each deployment site.
• Perform installation and configuration of BMC platform and application software according to approved procedures.
• Establish and validate connectivity with network elements (e.g., NAAD Government Gateway, MMEs, EMS/OSS systems).
• Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for technical troubleshooting related to the BMC platform, leading root cause analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related engineering field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in telecom infrastructure, core network, messaging systems, or broadcast alerting.
• Expertise in Nokia BMC platform design, configuration, and deployment.
• Strong understanding of mobile core networks (LTE, GSM, UMTS) and OSS/SNMP protocols.
• Proven experience authoring and managing technical documentation (CSNIS, MoP, ATP).
• Familiarity with network integration, IP addressing, VLANs, and DNS/NTP configuration.

Nice to have

• Previous experience at Nokia or with Nokia BMC deployments.
• Experience with public warning systems such as FEMA IPAWS or NAAD.
• Hands-on experience in lab validation and production rollout scenarios.
