What you will do
- Develop and oversee HR programs and policies throughout the employee and customer lifecycle including onboarding, payroll, benefits, and offboarding.
- Build strong relationships with local legal and HR experts to maintain compliance.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to create HR-related content and tools for internal and external customers.
- Provide clear HR guidance, troubleshoot complex issues, and communicate compliance concepts effectively.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Legal teams to improve customer and employee experiences.
- Execute other duties as needed based on organizational needs.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of HR experience managing compliance and people-focused processes in EMEA.
- Experience handling complex HR compliance, legal situations, and employee relations.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and establish standard operating procedures.
- Knowledge of data governance, privacy, and HR compliance.
- Collaborative team player with positive attitude and business partnership mindset.
- English proficiency at least B2 level.
Nice to have
- Experience working across multiple countries and with employer-of-record (EOR) products.
- Background in early-stage environments and passion for AI and automation.
- Experience with payroll administration, benefits, and tools like JIRA, Zendesk, Notion, and Asana.
- Multilingual fluency.
