What you will do
- Act as the owner of the Workday system, overseeing business process configuration, reporting, and thorough testing.
- Provide support and guidance for troubleshooting configuration and reporting issues.
- Identify new improvements to current business processes, automation, and efficiencies.
- Lead and communicate new system features and releases, evaluating their impact.
- Provide continuous support, researching and resolving Workday or process issues.
- Establish requirements, create, schedule, and maintain reports for People teams and stakeholders.
Requirements
- 1+ years’ Workday HRIS experience, including HCM configuration.
- Experience with Workday report writing, calculated fields, and dashboard creation.
- Business process configuration and Domain security experience.
- Ability to lead changes and effectively communicate with technical and functional stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality when handling employee data.
- Excellent problem-solving, time management, and communication skills.
