What you will do

• Manage legal risks and create automated systems for global contracts, onboarding/offboarding, and local employment matters.
• Adapt employment frameworks to new international markets, solving compliance complexities and developing policies.
• Implement and scale AI-powered automations to improve HR process efficiencies.
• Design and refine consistent, culturally aligned employee lifecycle stages across global locations.
• Ensure a secure and professional employee experience reinforcing a supportive environment.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from Istanbul, Turkey with hybrid work setup.
• Experience in HR Operations with global People Operations and Compliance expertise.
• Strong English communication skills for global coordination.
• Passion for technology and AI to automate HR processes.
• Knowledge of international employment legal and cultural nuances.
