What you will do

• Manage personnel files and maintain records of working time, vacation, and sick leave.
• Prepare employment contracts, termination documents, and payroll inputs.
• Submit notifications to Social Insurance Institution (ZUS) and cooperate with tax authorities.
• Onboard new employees and monitor labor law changes for compliance.
• Provide employee support regarding labor law and social insurance regulations.
• Assist in conflict resolution and prepare reports for management.

Requirements

• Must have at least two years of HR/payroll experience.
• Fluency in Polish and English with professional communication skills.
• Knowledge of Polish labor and social security laws.
• Experience with employment of foreign citizens and HR/payroll software.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
