Location: Fully remote across EMEA, specifically restricted to Spain

What you will do

  • Manage day-to-day People Ops processes including onboarding, job changes, and offboarding.
  • Act as a primary contact for employee questions via email and Slack.
  • Maintain and ensure accuracy of HR systems like HiBob and Google Suite.
  • Perform data audits and identify potential issues proactively.
  • Support and improve system automations, integrations, and tools.
  • Develop clear reports and dashboards for company-wide understanding.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years hands-on experience managing HR lifecycle processes in a People Ops or HR role.
  • Proficiency with HRIS tools (HiBob), Slack, Confluence, and Google Suite (especially Google Sheets).
  • Highly detail-oriented and organized.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with complete discretion.
  • Excellent, clear, and kind communication skills.
  • Comfortable thriving in a fast-paced, fully remote environment.
