ANABION is an international biotech company developing innovative and accessible solutions in Life Sciences — from advanced treatments and biosimilars to gene therapies for oncology, autoimmune disorders, and rare diseases.

We are now looking for a Head of HR Operations to build, scale, and optimize HR operations across 15+ countries (MENA, SEA, LATAM, CA).
A strategic and hands-on role for someone who can design processes at scale, drive operational excellence, and implement global systems.

What you will do
— Build and standardize global HR Ops processes (on/offboarding, data management, mobility)
— Implement compliant global HR documentation and workflows
— Maintain structured HR data, databases, templates
— Ensure compliance with labor laws in 15+ countries
— Advise on complex terminations, severance, notice periods
— Develop compliance frameworks for managers
— Lead global SAP HR migration: data transfer, setup, optimization, training
— Manage payroll for employees and EOR-engaged staff
— Co-design Compensation & Benefits aligned with global standards
— Ensure tax and social security compliance in each region

What we expect
— Proven experience in global HR Operations / HR Shared Services / HR Systems
— Experience across multi-country environments (LATAM, MENA, SEA is a plus)
— Strong understanding of international labor standards
— Hands-on payroll experience and system migration leadership (SAP strongly preferred)
— Experience building C&B structures from scratch
— Strong systems mindset: scalable processes, integrations, clean data flows
— Excellent project management skills
— Proactive, structured, able to bring clarity in ambiguity
