What you will do

• Own the recruiting process from sourcing to offers for multiple technical/engineering positions.
• Develop and implement recruiting strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Plan innovative sourcing strategies using platforms like AngelList, Github, and conferences.
• Ensure outstanding candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand and meet hiring needs.
• Manage intake meetings, interview team coordination, and provide progress reports to leadership.

Requirements

• 7+ years of recruiting experience with technical recruiting focus
• Experience in Bay Area tech markets and financial sector knowledge
• Strong sourcing skills and experience with ATS systems like Greenhouse
• Excellent communication skills
• Must be able to work in California, United States
