We’re now looking for a Senior Recruiter to hire world-class talent for Acorns and GoHenry. A high-impact role for someone who loves full-cycle recruiting, technical hiring, and building scalable hiring systems.

What you’ll do
— Lead end-to-end recruiting for technical and product roles
— Partner with leadership to design effective hiring strategies
— Build sourcing pipelines and attract diverse, high-caliber talent
— Improve interview frameworks, tools, and evaluation processes
— Act as a strategic advisor using hiring insights and data
— Mentor other recruiters and elevate hiring practices across teams
— Strengthen employer branding and support scalable TA programs

What you bring
— 6+ years in technical or mixed recruiting
— Experience hiring software engineers, security, product & design talent
— Strong sourcing and networking capabilities
— Understanding of ML/AI/LLM talent markets
— Ability to partner and influence senior stakeholders
— High ownership, precision, and a mission-driven mindset
