What you will do

  • Design and implement overall recruiting strategy and maintain recruiting KPIs dashboard.
  • Manage recruiting pipeline and applicant tracking system.
  • Present and promote company technology and culture to candidates.
  • Write and post technical job descriptions and perform pre-screening calls.
  • Assist in onboarding new hires and promote company reputation as a great workplace.
  • Stay updated with technological trends and products.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the Bay Area, United States.
  • 7-12 years of experience hiring for technical roles.
  • Proven expertise hiring Golang engineers.
  • Experience with various interview formats and applicant tracking systems.
  • Strong sourcing techniques and excellent communication skills.
  • Solid understanding of HR practices and labor legislation.
