Salary: $114,000.00 - $165,300.00

What you will do

• Lead the creation, prioritization, and management of the Value Stream roadmap across long-, mid-, and short-term horizons.
• Partner with Product, Operations, and Technology to scope and sequence initiatives aligned with business objectives.
• Define the “what” and “why” for prioritized value stream features, influencing cross-functional teams to deliver optimal enterprise-level solutions.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for decisions and clarifications regarding the value stream’s scope and priorities.
• Establish effective communication systems to ensure organizational awareness and readiness for capability changes.
• Ensure delivery of the approved roadmap within agreed parameters and achievement of associated business KPIs and value targets.

Requirements

• 8–10 years of experience in the recordkeeping or financial services industry.
• 6–8 years of experience working within software development frameworks (Agile, Scrum, or SAFe).
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage competing priorities.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• FINRA fingerprinting required.
