What you will do

• Craft feature and scope definitions balancing customer, business, and implementation perspectives.
• Lead cross-functional strategy for fee allocation models, pricing, and scalable money movement infrastructure.
• Define long-term product strategy by synthesizing customer insights, market dynamics, and performance data.
• Own end-to-end product architecture and roadmap, translating objectives into multi-team execution plans.
• Drive alignment across engineering, design, and business leaders for timely delivery of strategic initiatives.
• Act as an organizational authority, setting standards and influencing adjacent roadmaps.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in product management, ideally within ecommerce, payments, and/or SaaS products.
• Proven product management track record in SaaS products at scale.
• Fintech experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in leading cross-functional teams and driving product vision.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, capable of articulating complex concepts to diverse audiences.
• Deep passion for enhancing user experiences through technology, with a customer-centric approach.

• Understanding of ecommerce, hospitality, and retail merchant workflows.
