Client Account Executive

TL;DR

Client Account Executive: Generating additional revenue by developing business relationships with clients and aligning hirify.global's HCM solutions to their needs, with an accent on understanding client objectives and tailored solution delivery. Focus on prospecting, qualifying, presenting, and closing ancillary business to meet or exceed sales quotas.

Location: This role follows a hybrid schedule, requiring three days (Tue/Wed/Thu) in the office at our Schaumburg, IL location and two days (Mon/Fri) remote per week. Candidates must be able to commute to the office as required.

Salary: $50,000–$55,000/yr

What you will do

• Develop business relationships with clients to identify their business objectives.
• Align appropriate hirify.global solutions to meet client business needs.
• Prospect and qualify current clients for hirify.global’s HCM solutions.
• Present products, conduct demonstrations via webinar, prepare proposals, and provide follow-up throughout the sales process.
• Close ancillary business to meet or exceed assigned monthly and yearly sales quotas.
• Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline and customer relationship management (CRM) database.

Requirements

• 1+ years of B2B full sales cycle experience (preferred).
• High School diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Self-driven, ambitious professional with the desire to consistently meet and exceed assigned quotas.
• Ability to persuade and negotiate.
• Strong active listening, written, and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency with the internet and MS Office applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
