What you will do
- Establish and cultivate strong relationships with existing customers to understand their business needs.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to identify growth and upsell opportunities, especially focusing on AI products.
- Drive revenue generation within assigned accounts and regions through networking and lead generation.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closure, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to position effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored proposals and business plans.
Requirements
- Location: Must work hybrid with 3 days per week in San Ramon, California office
- Minimum 5 years of successful sales experience, preferably in CCaaS or SaaS environments.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and success selling at the C-level.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong business acumen and professional presence.
