TL;DR

Mid-Market Account Executive (Sales): Driving sales and partner engagement in the EMEA region for identity security solutions with an accent on achieving sales quotas and developing go-to-market strategies. Focus on recruiting new partners, managing lead flow, and building strong relationships with resellers and MSP partners.

Location: Remote (EMEA). Fluency in both German and English is required.

What you will do

  • Prospect effectively and manage leads to build a 3-5X pipeline within your territory.
  • Focus on closing business with companies between 51 and 1000 employees.
  • Manage and report a sales pipeline within the CRM, ensuring accurate quarterly revenue visibility.
  • Regularly network to attract and influence Partner sales and grow Partner relationships.
  • Use existing relationships to recruit and onboard new partners, engaging them in proactive demand generation activities.
  • Drive multiple key channel initiatives in parallel across technical, professional services, and sales.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 4-8 years of outside high-tech IT sales experience.
  • Proven track record of driving continued partner growth and revenue.
  • Knowledge of and strong relationships with SMB and SME-focused resellers and MSP partners.
  • German and English proficiency REQUIRED.
  • Must be a proficient user of CRM tools.
