What you will do

  • Own and manage the sales pipeline, identifying and prioritizing high-potential accounts.
  • Execute a structured sales process, qualifying deeply and forecasting accurately.
  • Educate prospects on hirify.global's business impact and tailor solutions to customer goals.
  • Communicate with executives, translating complex security and compliance concepts into business value.
  • Continuously improve sales craft and contribute to team best practices.
  • Champion market expansion and explore partnership opportunities in EMEA, particularly the CEE market.

Requirements

  • Polish and English language proficiency is required.
  • 4+ years of closing experience in a quota-carrying role, consistently exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS, preferably in SMB and Mid-Market.
  • Technical competency to understand hirify.global’s software and build relationships with technical prospects.
  • Stellar problem-solving skills and an entrepreneurial spirit for making a large impact in a startup.
  • Ability to work hybrid in Dublin, Ireland.
