Location: Hybrid role based in New York City with expectation to be in office 2-3 days a week

Salary: $172,400 - $215,500

What you will do

• Own strategy, roadmap, and execution of the unified notifications platform.
• Define communication models, lifecycle states, and shared data contracts.
• Partner with Engineering and Architecture to consolidate communication systems into a cohesive platform.
• Build self-service tools for Marketing, Implementation, Provider Ops, and Care teams.
• Implement monitoring, alerting, and observability for delivery reliability.
• Develop operational tooling including dashboards and reporting for message delivery.

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid role based in New York City, office presence 2-3 days per week
• 5–7+ years product management experience, including 3+ years on platform or infrastructure products.
• Strong technical fluency with event-driven architectures, APIs, and system integrations.
• Experience with communications/notifications platforms like Iterable preferred.
• Proven ability to drive multi-quarter platform strategy and influence cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to simplify complex systems.
