Salary: $162,000 - $258,700 + equity + benefits

What you will do

• Own product roadmap for member-facing mobile app focusing on clinical assessments, provider matching, and session scheduling.
• Lead strategy and delivery of internal provider companion tools integrated with member experience.
• Ensure seamless cross-platform delivery between mobile app and provider tools.
• Partner with Clinical Operations, Legal, and Compliance to ensure HIPAA/privacy compliance and clinical integrity.
• Manage integration with backend systems for scalability and reliability.
• Define and track key engagement and clinical metrics to inform product iteration.

Requirements

• Must reside full-time in the US and be based in San Francisco, New York City, or Seattle.
• 7+ years product management experience with 2+ years in digital health or telehealth.
• Experience building two-sided platforms serving consumer and provider tools.
• Deep understanding of clinical workflows and healthcare regulations including HIPAA.
• Strong strategic thinking and communication skills across technical, design, and clinical teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems and integration requirements.
• Familiarity with clinical outcomes measures and quality reporting.
• Experience in high-growth consumer technology environments.
