What you will do

• Define the product vision and roadmap for hirify.global’s core workflow platform.
• Translate customer needs into clear APIs, semantics, and developer experiences.
• Lead discovery with developers building agents, workflow-driven systems, and interactive applications.
• Drive alignment across SDK, cloud, and runtime engineering teams.
• Champion “workflows don’t fail” by shaping retry behavior, recovery tools, and operational controls.
• Steer strategy for scalable, predictable workload economics and global scheduling.

Requirements

• Experience setting product vision and roadmap for platform-level reliability and developer experience.
• Ability to define durable, stateful, human-in-the-loop workflows.
• Strong understanding of messaging, interactivity, and low-latency synchronous actions in distributed systems.
• Proven ability to work closely with engineering on performance, reliability, and cost tradeoffs.
• Familiarity with open-source software and community building.
• Passion for improving the developer experience in complex technical domains.
