TL;DR

Principal Product Manager (Partnerships & Integrations): Defining, building, and scaling hirify.global offerings within new partnership and growth verticals with an accent on maximizing reach, engagement, and revenue through seamless integration of third-party platforms. Focus on identifying and executing high-impact partnership opportunities, influencing technical architecture decisions, and mentoring junior product managers.

Location: Candidates must permanently reside in the US full-time and be based in San Francisco (hybrid), New York City (remote), or Seattle (remote). For candidates with a primary residence in the greater SF area, this role will follow our hybrid model, working 3 days per week from the office.

Salary: $162,000–$258,700 + equity + benefits

What you will do

  • Define the multi-year product vision, strategy, and roadmap for hirify.global’s partnerships and integrations.
  • Identify and evaluate strategic partnership opportunities from a product perspective, assessing technical feasibility and market potential.
  • Lead the entire product lifecycle for integration efforts, from ideation and specification through development, launch, and iteration.
  • Work closely with Engineering and Product Design to define and prioritize requirements for partner-facing tools, data contracts, and APIs.
  • Serve as the primary product partner for Business Development and Sales teams, defining integration pathways.
  • Establish clear metrics for success and rigorously track and report on performance for integration volume, partner satisfaction, and user adoption.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Product Management, with at least 2+ years on partnership experiences, client integrations, cross-channel distribution, or platform development.
  • Proven track record of defining and launching successful products that drive significant business growth.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and analytical skills, capable of translating complex business problems into clear product roadmaps.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to influence and align stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience working closely with Business Development, Sales, and Marketing teams on commercial product strategies.
  • Permanently reside in the US full-time and be based in San Francisco, New York City, or Seattle.

Nice to have

  • Experience in digital health, wellness, enterprise SaaS, or media/content distribution sectors.
  • Familiarity with various B2B and B2C partnership models.
  • Prior experience scaling a product in a high-growth environment.
