What you will do

• Define the Core AI Platform vision, strategy, and roadmap including multi-agent orchestration and policy-aligned behavior.
• Own the model lifecycle product surface: model selection, evaluation, fine-tuning enablement, and benchmarking.
• Drive requirements for high-throughput, low-latency inference and runtime efficiency with cost governance.
• Ensure safety, guardrails, and compliance by design including PII controls and auditability.
• Establish evaluation harnesses and production quality loops for continuous improvement.
• Lead cross-team alignment, platform adoption, and clear documentation for platform consumers.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or able to work remotely within the United States.
• 5+ years product management experience in platform, AI/ML, infrastructure, or developer-facing products.
• Strong technical fluency with model lifecycle, inference/runtime, evaluation, and safety systems.
• Experience defining platform interfaces and driving adoption across multiple product teams.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional execution with measurable outcomes.
• Experience in enterprise SaaS with multi-tenant governance and operational rigor.

Nice to have

• Experience with LLM systems, multi-agent orchestration, and evaluation frameworks.
• Familiarity with fine-tuning, RLHF/RLAIF, and prompt optimization loops.
• Experience with voice/ASR/TTS systems and real-time latency-sensitive constraints.
• Exposure to regulated domains such as fintech, healthcare, or insurance.
