Channel Partner Manager (SaaS/HR Tech): Recruiting and managing channel partners to drive revenue growth and expand partnership initiatives with an accent on partner engagement strategies and pipeline development. Focus on building partner relationships, executing long-term strategies, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure successful partnerships in the North America market.

Location: Must be based in the New York Metro Area and willing to work onsite in NYC office 2-3 days a week

Salary: $119,000 - $160,000 per year plus 30% variable compensation

What you will do

  • Drive growth of Americas Channel Partnerships through partner engagement strategies and pipeline creation.
  • Recruit, activate, and grow new HR consultant and advisory channel partners.
  • Develop and execute long-term partner account management strategies.
  • Leverage integration partner networks to expand channel reach.
  • Organize partner engagement activities such as webinars and co-marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales and customer success teams to ensure partner and client success.

Requirements

  • Must be located in the New York Metro Area and willing to work onsite 2-3 days per week.
  • 3+ years of channel partner management experience in a high-growth SaaS company.
  • Experience managing partner leads through full deal cycle and owning revenue targets.
  • Experience in HR tech is a strong plus.
  • Ability to independently lead conversations with executives and work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
